Belmont One is a renovation and extension project for an existing 1940’s home in Geelong’s rising suburb of Belmont. The existing home had undergone a previous renovation however the owners now required more space with the addition of a new kitchen, walk in pantry, laundry, dining and living space located at the back of the site which allowed the existing kitchen to be transformed into a master retreat with a new private courtyard, walk in robe and ensuite. Stage 1 (the extension) was completed in March 2024 with stage 2 (the renovation) completed in July. The project was designed so the owners could continue to live in the home as they renovated.
