PROCESS

We get started with an initial consult (in person or via Zoom) to better understand your project needs and tailor our pricing to suit your project.

We then provide you with a fee proposal that is broken down into two stages.

Stage 1: where we put together concept options including furniture selection, mock up images and sketches. We also give you an itemised schedule.

Stage 2: we lock in pricing, order your products and have them delivered to our wearhouse. We arrange a day to install everything at once in your new home!

When’s a Good Time to Get Started?

New Builds or Renovations

Furniture lead times can vary drastically. We are currently seeing lead times anywhere between 2 – 26 weeks (that’s up to 6 months). So in this case, the earlier the better! Once you have a confirmed new build or renovation design and detailed floor plans, we can get started.

With that being said, if you’re past that point – don’t stress! We can curate your design with low lead time stock to help shorten the delivery timeframes.

We used Maddy for our home renovations. We were initially very overwhelmed going into it but Maddy has made us feel at ease from the very beginning. She has an amazing eye to detail and has presented various concepts to us a long the way. Maddy was incredible to work with! I came to her with a really challenging project. Turning a 1940’s old commission home into a stunning cottage house that still keeps to its heritage.
Maddy helped us through the whole process of plans/ permits and interior design.
She incorporated all our ideas in the plans. Was very easy to work and always willing to answer questions.
