The Service

Our service is designed to support you in your building and renovating journey.

If you’re building a new house or renovating an existing house and have a design/plans but you:
– Need help checking your plans before signing off to build
– Wanting to make sure your home suits your family/lifestyle
– Are overwhelmed by selections/pre-start planning
– Want to make sure your house is going to suit long term
– Want your house to be more sustainable for your future
– Want to know what upgrades you should prioritise specific to your project and budget

The Process

Our Build Assistant sessions are a one off 4hr intensive session in person or online.

At least one week prior to your session we need a copy of your plans and any already agreed to upgrades, changes or inclusions provided by your builder or architect.

The more information you have the easier it will be for us to provide project specific information. However, do not stress if you feel overwhelmed and under prepared. We are here to help
you!

  We engaged Maddy for the Build Assistant service. She was very pleasant to deal with, is professional and very knowledgeable about all types of products and designs.

  When it came to renovating our home, we were first time rookies but were fortunate enough to be referred to Maddy and the team at Gecsek A+I.  The team, led by Maddy’s exceptional service, communication and expertise exceeded all our expectations, ensuring our renovation journey was a fun project that flowed seamlessly and ensured we landed exactly where we wanted too!

From the initial consultation, Maddy listened to our vision to understand our style and design preferences, and then shared with us additional thoughts and insights, from an interior design perspective, that blended well and enhanced our own ideas.

What impressed us the most was Maddy's meticulous attention to detail. Every aspect of the design was carefully considered from colour palettes & tones to lighting and accessories. Maddy’s sharp eye for aesthetics ensured that every element harmonised beautifully in creating our beautiful new home.

The final result of Maddy and the whole Gecsek A+I team’s work was nothing short of awesomeness!! The team's creativity, expertise, and communication ensured that we have a beautiful new space to call our home and one that perfectly reflects our personality and lifestyle.

  We used Maddy for our home renovations. We were initially very overwhelmed going into it but Maddy has made us feel at ease from the very beginning. She has an amazing eye to detail and has presented various concepts to us a long the way. She made a conscious effort to ensure her designs and ideas were based on what we want in a home as well as ensuring practicality wasn’t lost.   Maddy was incredible to work with! I came to her with a really challenging project. Turning a 1940’s old commission home into a stunning cottage house that still keeps to its heritage.
Maddy helped us through the whole process of plans/ permits and interior design.
She incorporated all our ideas in the plans. Was very easy to work and always willing to answer questions.
